Shared manual stock adjustments
This is a test workspace, not yet the full V72 Order Lists page. Existing Stage 2 test adjustments remain available. New NuEPOS imports can be previewed locally before publishing.

Changes are saved when you click Save. If someone else saves first, you must reload and reapply your edits; this prevents silent overwrites. The app checks for new revisions periodically when you have no unsaved changes.
NuEPOS stock snapshot — shared test
Import a NuEPOS .xlsx or .csv export. Product ID, name, supplier, Quantity In Stock, case size, Min, Max and 30/90/180/365-day sales are extracted for ordering previews. No customer subscription information is read or uploaded. The preview is local to your browser until you explicitly publish. Parent Products are excluded.
| Product | Supplier | Imported quantity | Corrected quantity |
|---|
Manual corrections are stored separately from the NuEPOS snapshot. They do not change the imported quantities. This stage is for validating shared stock data, not placing orders.
Stage 12 · forecast and dated subscriptions
Load an Appstle ANALYTICS product delivery forecast CSV. The forecast stays in this browser and is not uploaded. The seven-day forecast is compared with shared stock. The order preview uses Min/Max and case sizes from the updated NuEPOS snapshot. It calculates V72’s weighted historical demand and shows supplier cover choices. The Appstle Custom column provides the 14-day quantity. Eleven-day quantities use the first seven days plus dated occurrences on days 8–11; check the selected first Sunday.
| Product | Supplier | Quantity In Stock (adjusted) | Next 7 days | Shortfall (minimum) | Match |
|---|
V72 name matching: exact, descriptor variation, known DIBO aliases, then guarded fuzzy matching. SKU/barcode and saved manual matches require a later snapshot upgrade. Uncertain rows remain unmatched. This is a diagnostic preview, not an order list.
Stage 12 revised · supplier cover comparison
Read-only preview (7- and 14-day forecast quantities; 11-day quantities require full subscription export) using V72-style Essential / Balanced / Ideal calculations, NuEPOS Min/Max and case multiples (Mersey Raw half-cases). Subscription demand is aggregated per product. Not the full V72 engine: normal shop demand in order quantities, product-rule overrides, negative-stock reason checks, supplier cover windows, dated subscriptions are now included for 11-day preview; bills are not included. Do not order from these figures.
Unmatched dated subscriptions
These are dated product lines due on days 8–11 that could not be matched to NuEPOS. No customer information is displayed.
| Appstle product name | Due dates (days 8–11) | Units per occurrence | Total units | Match status |
|---|
| Supplier | NuEPOS product | Quantity In Stock (adjusted) | Subscription demand (selected cover) | Min | Max | Order multiple | 30-day sales | Weighted sales/week | Estimated shop/week* | Cover | Essential | Balanced | Ideal |
|---|
Unmatched demand is excluded and flagged. For products imported before Stage 8, case sizes and Min/Max are unavailable; re-import NuEPOS and review the preview before publishing the updated shared snapshot. Negative stock is not automatically ordered except to cover forecast subscriptions. Min = -1 prevents normal stock top-ups in every order mode; genuine subscription shortages remain visible. Historical weekly demand uses V72 weights (50% 30-day, 25% 90-day, 15% 180-day, 10% 365-day). The shop/week estimate subtracts normal subscription weekly demand only when Next 365 days is supplied. It is diagnostic, not added to order quantities. 14-day quantities use Appstle Custom. Eleven-day quantities are withheld when additional dated product lines cannot be matched; review the unmatched table above. No orders are saved or placed.
What comes next
Stage 12 revised shows unmatched dated product descriptions and quantities for diagnosis. Seven- and fourteen-day forecast handling is unchanged. Re-import and publish NuEPOS to add full sales history to the shared snapshot. It is not V72’s full supplier ordering engine. Continue using V72 for actual orders.
